Why not Gluten free??

I'm not certain, but the label probably does not state "gluten-free" because gluten would not normally be found in a chocolate bar. Perhaps, if the chocolate bar contained rice crispies you would find gluten, but otherwise, I wouldn't expect it to be in a bar with such few ingredients. Gluten is found in foods with grain - not in chocolate bars, ordinarily.
