These taste great and very tender

I have not eaten the steaks yet, but they are what I ordered.

I see alot of people complaining about gristle and yes there was a big peace of gristle in my first steak I tried. Other than that it was very good for the price. I cooked it on my smoker hit internal temp 125 it was tender and juicy. Will buy again!!! Not any different then most steak you buy other than it is oganic.

Meat was chewy and tough

First time buying steak from amazon fresh, it was amazing! The taste was so much fresher and it was cooked so well unlike the ones i usually buy at the supermarket.
