Fake. It should taste bitter and soapy
So I just got the extract today and I was curious as to how it would taste straight out of the bottle and I immediately was hit was a super sweet taste. The taste of glycerine- which if you've ever used food grade glycerine (like for e-juice) you know exactly what I'm talking about. The ingredients list it and water and I believe that's exactly what it is and only that. Yam extract is suppose to taste bitter and soapy. I would assume this is why nobody is actually seeing the very real benefits of yam extract when taking this. I would strongly recommend a different brand.

Certified Organic and it Tastes Great!
Just got the product and used for the first time today. It tastes great and I look forward to more of their product line. Its too soon to know long term affects and I will update when I use the entire contents of the bottle.

Doesn’t sit well with me
I started taking this product a couple months ago after I read about the health benefits of wild yam. I was searching for something to help with menopause symptoms. I didn’t really notice any changes personally, but I wonder if it’s just this brand I’m maybe incompatible with in general. It tastes super amazing!! .. but it gives me really bad gas for some reason? I never increased past 1mL a day due to this. I stopped it and restarted it a few times is how I know this is the culprit. I want to give wild yam more of a chance, but I will try a different brand next time .
