It’s better to use with henna or after henna ...make a paste with warm water depending on your hair growth or white hair ...with henna mix the paste and apply immediately and if you wish can apply it on hair after washing Heena paste ... no it won’t damage your hair ...both henna and indigo are plant based and organic ....so no issues ...
