Scheepjes - Scheepjes Catona 110 Jet Black Yarn - 1x25g

So I bought this for a rather niche purpose - replacing perished light seals in an old film cameras from the 70s (an Olympus Pen EE-3, on the off chance someone else looking to do the same stumbles upon this). It fits perfectly into the slots and stays there on just the fit and friction so there's no need for glue which is a big plus. You get enough to do dozens of cameras (or make a few mistakes) for a very fair price compared to other available brands. As to its conventional use in textiles I can't comment hence the missing star but it feels like nice quality material to me.
