Watery consistency
This is watery with poor taste. I’ve tried Mary Ruth’s and Howeejet brands, both are much higher quality and better taste than this one. I question the efficacy of it because of the watery consistency. Definitely wouldn’t order again.

Good option for your har if you do not want take pills
Good taste, excellent source of vitamin, my body has absorbed very good, Non-GMO, Nut free, Gluten free also, excellent for person with a delicate stomach like me! It is a excellent option to get vitamins to you body and hair if you do not want to take any pills

Easy to take
As a vegan I am always looking for supplements that help me get vitamins I may be missing. After reading the description for this product, I wanted to give it a try. Per the description, this multivitamin has several vital vitamins and it helps to promote energy, skin and aids in hair growth. I like that it is sugarfree and gmo free. It is easy to take (I've been taking 2 tsp via a shot glass). It has a mango flavor, but it is more watery and thin than expected, so the taste (to me) isn't the best, but it isn't difficult to consume, as it doesn't have an off-putting aftertaste. I also like that it is in a bottle. I have noticed an increase in my energy level since taking. It I worth trying if you are not a fan of pills and you want to get your daily dose of multivitamins.

Not recommended
I ordered it by mistake thinking it’s Marry Ruth that I love! This taste is so watery that I doubt it helps. The company doesn’t accept returns but I got an “exception” even if it was sealed and hasn’t even left Amazon warehouse ! It’s like flavored water. I don’t recommend.2stars as I got money back

Imitation of a well known brand
This item is an imitation of a well-known vitamin brand. Unfortunately, I made a grave mistake of missing that detail. As soon as I opened the box, I went to request a return which is not allowed although the product is still sealed. Note to self, double check those late night orders. 🤦🏽♀️ Buyer be ware, be sure you’re aware of the sourcing and quality control of this product.
