Nice, durable bike!
Great bike!! I bought the 27 1/2 inch in black for my son. He’s almost 13, height 5’4” and weighs about 130lbs, so he’s small adult size. The bike fits him well. It arrived on time and packaged well. Fairly easy to assemble. Took about 30 minutes to assemble. The frame is extremely sturdy and durable, great quality materials used. The tires are in good shape. Brakes work great. The only issue we had was one of the peddles kept falling off. My husband replaced some bolt and haven’t had any further issues. Sleek design, he’s gotten lots of compliments. Overall a great bike and highly recommend!

GREAT customer service!!!
For the price, this is a good bike. I’d rate the product itself about 3.5–4 stars. I ordered two (one for me and one for my husband). Gears shift smoothly enough, brakes work well, and the included handlebar sticker helps with alignment, which is a nice touch. On both bikes, the inner tubes in the back tires popped right away (regular roads, no debris). It was a cheap/easy fix, so we didn’t contact the company. The tires are not perfectly straight and do wobble. On my second ride, I noticed my right foot bending outward as I pedaled, causing knee pain. The pedal threads and crank arm were stripped, so the pedal was coming loose. This time I contacted customer service. Responses weren’t instant but were consistent, thoughtful, and helpful. At first, they offered a partial refund if I replaced the pedal myself. Once I explained the crank arm was stripped (requiring a special tool and knowledge), they immediately replaced the entire bike at no cost to me, no return shipping, no hassle. The replacement bike arrived quickly and works perfectly. After several hours of riding, I’ve had no issues (even the inner tube is holding up). Overall, while the bikes themselves are decent budget friendly bikes, the customer service was outstanding and absolutely deserves 5 stars!

Better than I expected
My 30-year-old Raleigh M50 ate its rear derailleur when I cranked down too hard on the trigger shifter, and immobilized the bike with the debris wedged in the rear spokes. 20 minutes later, a passerby on the remote county road stole it where I'd left it. So much for honest country folk. Anyway, I needed a replacement and ordered one of these. The 26" wheels aren't cutting edge but meant I can use the tires and spokes I've got left over from the Raleigh. Rear suspension/derailleur is actually branded Shimano (I was expecting a "Hi-mano" knockoff or something). Frame is steel (like the Raleigh) instead of aluminum or carbon fiber of most made in the USA bikes (this is made in China), which adds weight (37.5 lb...not too bad considering it's a fully suspended bike). Brakes are linear pull instead of the more up-to-date disc, but again similar to the center pull rim brakes on my Raleigh. These brakes also worked without adjustment right out of the box. No Rockshox suspension components, the rear shock IS a "Yuanhe Shock" knock-off, but works the same way as the name brand. Shifting via twist-grip shifters is a little different to the trigger shifters of the Raleigh, but works well out of the box without adjustment. Assembly is fairly straightforward (pay attention to the cable routing when attaching the handlebars...cables are externally routed like the Raleigh instead of internally routed like most new bikes). All parts were included, and packaging was very good, preventing any damage during shipment. If you're looking for a mountain bike for extreme trail shredding, this probably isn't the best choice. I needed something to ride from our house to my in-laws 1/2-3/4 of a mile away down gravel roads, and it's great for that. Pricing starter mountain bikes here and at REI, US made (or at least assembled) bikes seem to start at ~$450, and that'll get you a hard tail with rear derailleur only (aluminum frame and disc brakes though). If you want to sample a full-suspension bike, this seems like a good buy for $189. Quality is a lot better than I was expecting when I ordered it, too. Welds are all solid, brakes and derailleurs all worked out of the box without adjustment, and even the saddle is comfortable. One end note, I'm 5'9", and the saddle post is just about right for my height. If you're taller you might need to buy a longer saddle post aftermarket to put the saddle high enough to be comfortable for you. The saddle post comes with a quick disconnect fitting, though the wheels don't.

Quality issues + absolute failure as self-assemble due to upside-down pre-assembly
Failure as a self-assembly bike. Quality seems poor overall. -Assmebly: Due to manufacturers error, the bike was impossible to assemble without getting semi-professional assistance. Almost two months after purchase, many hours of assembly and requiring an expert to help, I may be able to ride the bike later today. I agree with another reviewer who said " For some reason the derailleur were both upside down. They didn't provide a wrench to take them off but luckily I had a wrench that worked. It's was a huge pain in the ass taking them off the handlebar". Additionally, the brake pads had to be re-aligned up manually so they were appropriately positioned. Even the allen wrenche they sent broke when using it tighten it by hand. Hopefully the bike has more metal strength than the allen wrench. Quality: Currently the bike is put together and we are trying to fix the shifters/ deraillers. The right one works consistently, the left one only works one try in five. Poorly calibrated as I shift one click, nothing happens, shift six clicks and it shifts one then tries for two. We don't know how to fix this. Quality: Significant front wheel wobble may be due to a bent wheel frame. My expert is not sure. The only positive I can find to say is that the frame seems to be made from sturdy metal. I have not been able to ride the bike yet, so I cannot comment on this. Unless you are a bike mechanic and can reassemble all the pre-set , DO NOT BUY THIS BICYCLE.
