1001 Carpet Care 1001 Thai Orchid and Passion Fruit Carpet Fresh, 300 ml

I'm really impressed with this product. I'd never seen it before but it came up in Amazon Pantry so I thought I'd give it a go. Like many of us now I use a bagless vacuum that has filters that you shouldn't mix with traditional powder carpet fresheners so I'm always in two minds whether to risk it or scrub the carpet with proper cleaners. First things first, establish where the product exits the canisters, don't be a duffus like me and assume it's like air freshener, it's not it comes out of the top, as I realised after spraying the mantelpiece, fire and surround!! Fortunately it evaporates so I didn't rub it, I left it and it went without me smearing it everywhere. Secondly decide your spraying strategy, I went from the end of the room backwards so as not to step on it whilst it soaks in to the fabric. It looks like a foam explosion but is dissolves quickly enabling you to vacuum almost straight away. Remember to move pet/child products out of the way as it does attach to everything and though I'm sure it's not deadly, children and pets have a habit of using their mouths as hands so they probably wouldn't appreciate the taste! The fragrance is lovely and light and it does linger for a while, also it does no harm to your expensive vacuum and probably helps make the bristles smell a little nicer! I love the smell of this, I try and keep one on hand to get rid of any cooking smells that linger or even just to freshen up the place. Bit satisfying spraying it all over the place so you can see where you’ve sprayed it but it disappears quite quickly so you’re not looking like you’ve had a foam party in your living room.

Very easy to use and smells good. Very shocked at the price - I've never paid more than £1 so was expecting a jumbo size can but it was just the standard size.

Love this stuff so much! You can spray the carpet and it soaks in/disappears. Smells lovely. Just doesn't last very long (the can) I can use it 4/5 times before it runs out.

Bought this after my nephew bought back chocolate milkshake over my white Ikea rug. Rug was nylon and after immediately wet washing the rug with Henry wet and dry vacuum rug still needed a freshen up.I sprayed rug with 1001 carpet refresher and followed instructions on can. A few hours later (during the summer heatwave) foam has dispersed into rug and dried .Frangrance lasted for around 3 days and removed vomit smell.

love this , works well in my office , I have a German shepherd so my carpets does need a good clean every now and again. this works very well. nice smell too
