I bought this for my van when I was doing van life and wanted to be able to pee while driving. I never peed while actually driving but I would use it when stopped and it worked pretty good. You won’t ever miss or spill it. I left urine in it for days maybe even long than that cuz I forgot to wash it out and then had my van sent back to me and noticed it was still in there and never had a strong odor but if it’s hot then it might be more noticeable. I just realized most of you probably aren’t using this how I did but if you want to use it for travel in a car you easily can. I even got the female attachment in case I was with a girl and traveling in my van together. That never happened though. The tubing is cheap and not that great actually but it never leaked or cracked. I never spilled anything and it can hold a lot of pee. If you are brave maybe you can figure out how to pee while driving if you’re a trucker or can’t stop anywhere but I never actually tried that but that was the original purpose I had in mind. Great if you want to use it for this kind of thing but as far as just using it daily I would probably look into something else. For travel though it did just fine. I couldn’t ever get any of my friends to use it though so my friend just peed outside my van with the door open all over the parking lot. Not cool. Sorry for the personal info but maybe it will help you decide to get it or not. I don’t regret buying it and when I sold my van it was still in the van even when the guy took almost everything out and gave it back to me he forgot to take this out so I assume he still has it and possibly used it on his travels haha.

I am a female. This portable urinal was so excellent in separate settings. I used it after abdominal surgery when getting out of bed and bending to use the toilet were difficult. I was also traveling across country during COVID and having this urinal was invaluable for the stops needed. So I tried it while sitting in the passenger side of my van. I scooted up to the edge of the seat with a towel under me in case there were any issues. I used a very small skinny box in the front seat and set the canister part of the urinal in the box after capping it. All parts then sat comfortably in that box until it could be empties in the next hotel room. While in my room after surgery when getting up and down was difficult I stood with the urinal pressed against my body. That was very comfortable and very convenient. I have had other occasions to be without a bathroom and this urinal is a great item to have in the car. I like it very much. No picture to share due to the nature of the product. It looks exactly as represented.

This is a GREAT product for someone with mobility issues. We are able to use this sitting or in the bed for an elderly male. (I purchased with the female adapter not sure which would be easier, male is fine for him). He is not able to use it himself, but that is due to other mobility and vision issues, not that it is difficult to use. The bad: like others have stated the female adapter has some rough edges! I took very fine sandpaper and smoothed it down. We do not need to use the female adapter at this time, so it's moot for us but worth noting. HARD TO DRY! This is my biggest issue with this. The corrugated tube makes this thing a HUGE pain to be sure it's dry. Even if you bleach it, there's still a chance of mold if it never dries. I've hung it straight up and down and it still took 2 days, outside to dry fully. This is just too much time when you need it daily. SHORT. I feel like the tube could be about a foot longer and that would make it a much better product. Summary: 4 stars. It absolutely does work and is a great product. The length being short is a personal opinion. But the lack of drying is a star off for hygienic reasons.

I work retail in a building with no bathroom. We are to use the one in the next building, which always has a long line. Needless to say, I keep this in my van, and it comes in handy

I bottle should be larger to hold more urine, the drainage should be stronger and not break after a few uses and the top funnel should be permanently sealed to the drainage and be softer more flexible.

I got this after only reading the featured reviews, a few stating that it is great for people who are bedridden. It is not! First off the female attachment does not want to stay on, you have to press thus fairly hard against yourself for it to stay on. Secondly, there is no way to use this without it leaking everywhere. I had plastic under a towel when I used it and maybe half of the urine went into it, the other half all over the towel. I am bedridden with a broken leg and I got this because I was hoping to use it without how to hoist my upper body and have my husband holding my leg every time I have to pee. Sadly it did not meet those expectations. The female attachment is very rigid, and honestly does not give a good seal at all. I am thinking of figuring out a way to put some kind of soft material around the edges that can help with comfort and suction to avoid wasting the little money I have since I can't work and don't get paid emergency leave. If the female attachment was designed better it could help eliminate the major spillage of urine all over whatever you are sitting or laying on. Was obvious can't use laying down as it isn't motorized and like a vacuum. You need to use gravity. But still no excuse for half of your urine to end up all over instead of in the tube.

This product is great. It is larger than it appears in the picture and it holds a little over 1/2 gallon. It's easy to use and easy to clean. The tank has a handle and so does the other part. No odor I haven't had it long enough to speak on leaking. So far I love it and I'm very satisfied.

This is a brilliant product! BRILLIANT!!!! I am 2 weeks out from a total knee replacement. In the hospital and at home for the first few days I was using a regular urinal bottle. Holds 1,000 ml. I found that sometimes my output was up to 800 ml per void but the average was about 500ml. Is means that each time you void you have to get up, out of bed, a few times a night to empty the bottle or you could easily have an overfill and everything then gets wet. And stinky! And disgusting. So when I saw this on Amazon I figured someone was thinking properly and I was right! This holds 2,000 ml so almost no way it can fill that much although one night I got close. No idea how well it works for women but for guys this is by far the easiest. As you know, you have to ensure your “equipment” is in the bottle when you void, and don’t forget you are going to be on your back so positioning is key. Your output flows down the tube and positioning is way less important. You WILL stay drier. Also the odour is capped off so super comfortable that way. Cleanup is a breeze. Empty into the toilet, run some water from the tub/shower to rinse out, then add some liquid soap, screw the tube on and you can clean out the tube that way, then rinse a few times. Spotlessly clean and deodorized, and ready for the next time. Honestly, if you were going to design the perfect item for this event, this would be it! Be smart and get one, you will thank me. Far better than a regular urinal bottle.

PRO: -Works well as intended. -Good plastic fabric that circulate urine throughout a tube down to the plastic container. - 2 L container is enought for 3-4 usage. - Doesn't smell once closed. - Can use anywhere. - Easy to wash with water - Easy to open the top cover, very large for any size genitals ( unless you're the Hulk.. that's another story ) - Comes with the female adaptor for female usage. Easy to attach and clean. CON: - If you "over" use it, urine will spill everywhere as the enclosure is not totally sealed. And it stinks. - Tube is too long. Cannot retract it. - There's no option to have more then a 2 L container. But you can buy a 5 L gaz container and play with it optionnally. Conclusion: Very good. I bought this because during night times, I "really" need to go and it cannot wait since I drink a lot of fluid. It's such a releif when I use it without fighting my way to the bathroom. I just wish we had bigger containers option though.

Now i wont be frantically looking for a restaurant or gas station just to pee while in traffic!!!

It's practical for longhaul drivers. Lid can be made better to avoid leaks even when fully tightened
