This a two part gall cleanse.The first bottle is a dissolvent which breaks down/dissolves gallstones that you take for one week.The ingredients are:peppermint oil extract,caraway oil extract,ginger oil extract,geranium oil extract,& fennel seed oil.The second bottle is a flushing formula that will remove the dissolve gallstones from the body.The ingredients are:Artemesia Argii,Curcumin,Betaine,Silymarin,Oregon Grape,Chelidonium,Panax Ginseng.I'd like to personally add that I was  diagnosed with 15 gallstones ,and was told that

Which bottle do I start on first?

Start the blue bottle first, for 1 week; then add the red bottle - one in the morn with the three "blue" and one at night before bed.  Your will have a few "reds" left over at the end of the month.  If you think you need more cleansing after the 30 days, wait 1 more month and then do another of the bottles (use up the leftover "reds" when you restart after the week of "blues". Hope this helps.

I did not find enough information to determine whether the GallCleanse ingredients were organic or where they came from. I would suggest that you visit the website to see what information is avalable. Since they claim to be the most effective they must have a discrete source. All I do know is that they work to reduce and eliminate Gallbladder pain.

No, it is not normal. I suggest looking at what you are eating and/or drinking. The fact that you belch peppermint non-stop indicates something other than Gallcleanse causing the problem. I doubt that there is not enough of any ingredient to last non-stop.
