I have had this product several days now and here are my results for using it for high blood pressure. I have taken garlic for years, but Arjuna made a HUGE difference. Garlic just kept it within borderline range and now its gone beyond borderline so I decided to try this to see if it would help. I am not having any side effects at all, and one of the largest benefits I got so far besides the huge drop in blood pressure is a large reduction in swelling and water retention in my body overall. I have had very taut swelled lower calves for a few years now and they are no longer swelled. No water retained there. They're normal again and my socks keep falling down. Another benefit I have had so far is the end of the heart palpitations I had been getting lately. These results are with my very sedentary lifestyle. I plan on getting a regular exercise schedule, but I wanted to show you what Arjuna has done so far with me. I have a sit-down job that doesn't require leaving my desk for anything and it wreaks havoc on the body. My current blood pressure results so far: 1 day before taking this product: 160/103 2 days after taking this product: 154/98 4 days after taking this product: 137/89 5 days after taking this product: 133/79 6 days after taking this product: 136/91 (ate a very salty meal the night before and it seemed to spike the pressure more the next day) 7 days after taking this product: 135/87 8 days after taking this product: 130/84 9 days after taking this product: 122/88 The progress seems slow but steady with a few minor spikes in pressure. This is an amazing product so far. It went from a scary pressure of 160/103 before starting this supplement to what it is now.

I have been taking Arjuna for over a year and love it. Although I have never been diagnosed with high blood pressure, I do have a very stressful job and felt an all natural supplement would keep the need for a prescription at bay. I have had zero side effects and do notice that if I run out of it, I definitely notice a difference. I workout every day and a vegetarian, so I am in very good health and want to keep it that way. Love this product and will continue to take 1 tablet daily.

For years I was on high BP meds and every doctor visit and I do mean everyone my BP was high and never reached the normal range. I had changed my diet, drank more water, changed to organic and yet it stayed up there. I saw the reviews on this organic product and after 2 freaking days on the pill and I mean one pill a day my BP was in normal range even after a bit of exertion. Going to the doctor to find out what was causing massive back pain (2 slip disks) I went to 4 doctors and each a week apart. Each one took my BP and all was in the same NORMAL range. Its now been 6 weeks and my BP is normal for over a month. Thank you for making this product. None of the chemical meds prescribed could regulate my BP. No side effects either. When I took chemically made vitamins, minerals, and prescribed I'd get an upset stomach for hours. Now that I have switched all but my Synthroid for my thyroid to organic vitamin and minerals I skip breakfast until I get to work but NO UPSET STOMACH and now NORMAL BP. Get off the GMO, Gluten, and chemically processed foods folks. Clean living makes a BIG difference. Now to find a substitute for Synthroid......maybe more fish.

Good product that brings welcome calming effect. Not like a drug, but natural. My only issue is swallowing the smallish dry pill. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars!

This is my number one recommended supplement. If someone comes to me with blood pressure issues I suggest they take this. Mine included I've helped 4 people get their blood pressure in check with this being the only supplement suggested . Fantastic supplement

I was taking this and Atorvastatin for about two weeks. To help with a Dilated Aorta .. My chest got tight and didn’t feel right . My heart hurt and my head … Felt bad for about the whole time I took it . Thought if my body got used to it . Well I stopped and felt better the next day. Now I have a in opened bottle and half another. I can’t take ..Not sure how to rate this… It might work but not in my case.

This is an awesome product for maintaining great heart health and unclogging arteries to avoid the need for stints. I have purchased a bottle for myself and a couple of friends.
