Timing is out of sync
The timer is out of sync by about 20 minutes and the timer runs slow. It was set to come on at 6pm but comes on slightly earlier every day. I’ve had it for 2 months and now it’s coming on at 5:55. Not the greatest thing if you rely on its accuracy b

A mechanical timer I find to be best, because even IF you have a power outage they will still work. I have had electronic timers before but if you have a power outage they will just reset to 000000 and you have to program them again. Its fine if you are on top of it, (still a pain ) how about a vacation house say 2000 miles away ? A mechanical timer might get a bit off but stuff will still go on and off.. For me these do an excellent job - simple to operate and set it an forget it .. I would buy them again.

It took me time to figure it out, but after I set them up, the timers worked great. They don’t make noise, I have used for a month, so nothing enough to talk about durability. They are easy to set up once you read the directions.
