Flavorful, Perfect balance, Versatile for any recipe
I love this salt company. I have now tried every single one of their salt infused products and this one is spectacular for poultry and fish. The salt is coarse however with very little effort you connect grind it to a finer consistency. I have used this in marinades and it dissolves quickly. There is definitely a hint of lemon it tastes fresh it's not too sour or sweet. There is a hint of garlic and the salt is not super salty. Each time I receive one of their products I can literally taste it plain straight from the container. I'm super happy with all of their products I use this seasoning during sous vide and grilling. Perfect flavor.

strong flavors
first time user for this one. very good, strong flavors so watch how much you put on stuff. took a while to get here for some reason don't know why. wonder where it came from hmmmm?????

Small but mighty
It’s a very small container. The picture is misleading. Failed to pay attention to details, Navertheless this is a very good seasoning. I keep it on the table and use it frequently.

Love it! Adds just the right bit of seasoning.
Oh I love this! One of my friends told me about it. This seasoning now resides on my counter. I use it all the time. Provides just the right amount of extra flavor to my dishes when sprinkled on top. A great value. I am on my second purchase already. Just love it.

Unbelievably amazing
So good that I’ve re-ordered it twice so far. Something about this garlicky salt is so much better than just salt and garlic. I also bought the Smokey BBQ salt from this brand and it too is amazing. Planning to buy the other flavor too.

Mostly red pepper flakes
The pepper flakes weren’t uniform so it’s tough to weigh out the heat output. Not much salt at all, I added a lot of sea salt flakes to it and the salt still didn’t come through. It would be good to add salt to it and mortar it so they are uniforms size to gage the heat output. It would be cheaper to buy red pepper flakes and add your own salt.
