This coffee is sourced from small farms, altitude of over 5900 Feet, beautiful solid coffee beans from growers who are as passionate about their coffee as we are and who believe in the greater good, taking care of their fellow man and the earth around them. The growers follow Organic practices and is natural process and sun dried on raised beds
These coffee beans are 100% Arabica specialty beans and have a score based on Aroma, Taste, Flavor and other factors resulting in a score above 84 points.
We hand-roasted this coffee in small batches using an air roaster to a medium roast and keep our stock at extremely fresh
The results of our careful selection is a smooth coffee bursting with flavor and a sweet aroma. This coffee is a medium roast with a smooth taste.

Flavor:Whole Bean  |  Size:12 oz This coffee is produced in Irgachefe, also transliterated as Yirgacheffe. A major town in south-central Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe is located in the Gedeo Zone of the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples Region district and is one of the most famous coffee growing regions in the country. The natural process method used is the oldest method of coffee production and is well-known for featuring pleasingly fruity cup profiles that can be seen throughout Ethiopia. Konga is an area within Yirgacheffe known for producing particularly fine coffees. We think this lot is no exception.
