These say for women on packaging. Not wide enough for men’s shoes . Disappointed !

can i take this from one shoe to another? I only need a 1cm list? how is this adjustable?

You can definitely move this from shoe to shoe. However there are 2 sets in the package. I needed an 11mm lift and you can make this as high or low as you need.
