I really noticed a significant difference between the two and it made the investment worthwhile. Anyway, you cant get 400mg wholefood Vit C from drinking OJ. It's effective, easy to mix into WATER or JUICE and is not overly saline in taste. The tub lasts longer that I thought it would.

Would highly recommend! I was always getting run down/colds! Since I started taking this I feel so much more energised and I’m getting colds far less frequently! The taste is tricky, I know friends who just take it as a shot, I mix it with juice of a fizzing vitamin c tablet and drink it quite easily.

I had serious adrenal issues over a few year period, I found this product greatly supported my return to health. Taken at the right time adrenal supplements are ideal. For a long time I took no supplements to let my adrenals recover, then added in slowly, once healed other pathways like leaky gut etc working with a nutritional therapist. I no longer have adrenal fatigue. Woop! Oh and I added this just to water first thing in the morning, tastes pleasant, and as felt better I popped into my water bottle to drink throughout the day - hope this helps someone cos AF is challenging :)

I started using this first day more or less okish than my stomach started to hurt and I had runny stomach I feel exhausted tired t lethargic but the stomach pain is unreal so stopped using it the worse product I have known ! No thanks all this money in the bin

Thought this could be mixed with water but says freshly squeezed OJ on the tub. At £43 a tub that's an expensive mistake. Mixing with water put the vit c too low and caused heart palpitations due to high potassium hit. The convenience of the powder is good but not while you can't mix it in water, I can mix salt, COT and vit c myself so this powder feels like a con.

I always come back to this adrenal cocktail. I mix it with something flavored since it is very salty but the difference I feel is always immediate! If I ever start to get sick I drink it more, I drink it after a sauna visit and in general, on more taxing days! I feel soothed the second I drink it. Super high quality. A little pricey but very worth it for what it does for me.

I had bloodwork and my sodium and potassium were low, so my provider suggested this. I didn't want to do the pill form so ordered the powder form and it was AWFUL, absolutely awful. I mixed with water, and the taste made me gag. I had to put it in just a little water and then drink it as fast as possible, and it still made me gag. Then I read a review where someone mixed some lemon juice (I use fresh squeezed because I think it tastes best), and some stevia for sweetness. I tried it and honestly, I look forward to this now each morning to start by day before I have my first cup of coffee. My provider explained that cortisol is high in the morning and this is great way to jumpstart my day with goodness, and I look forward to it now and find it refreshing. I put about 1 tbsp (or more) of lemon juice, 8 drops of stevia (have to play around with it depending on which kind you use) and cold water with a little ice in it. Mix it up and really enjoy sipping on it first thing every day! On my next round of bloodwork after starting this, my potassium and sodium were back to normal, so I know it works!

I have been using this adrenal cocktail powder for approximately 6 months and it is now a daily staple (I keep one container at home and one container on my desk at work). This powder was suggested by a functional therapy practitioner (who interpreted blood work), as a way to support adrenal and thyroid health, as well as overall hydration/electrolyte status. I use the powder for daily hydration support in 24 ounce water bottle, as well as after rigorous physical exercise/or/sauna sessions. I would attribute this product as having a positive influence on sustained energy levels (combatting fatigue, especially the afternoon energy crash) and stress reduction (associated with the loss of minerals) due to work/life/exercise. I would recommend this product for people who want a simple and effective electrolyte powder without added flavors or sweeteners.

Love these electrolytes. It's so difficult to find any without stevia or artificial sweetener, and these fit the bill. I add a scoop to my sparkling water ever day and it's very refreshing. Great way to get your mineral without all the extra stuff.

This is a high-quality supplement. The Vitamin C is food-derived (i.e. not synthetic ascorbic acid from a lab). The sea salt is Redmond's, which is one of the purest sea salts on the market. The powder dissolves quickly and completely. It does taste salty, but it's really not a bad taste...at least, you get used to it. If a supplement tastes horrible, I stop using it eventually, even if it is effective. I also appreciate just scooping one powder, and not having to get 3 ingredients and mix them every single time. As for results, I feel GREAT now that I started on an adrenal cocktail each morning. I was able to stop taking a desiccated bovine adrenal supplement that I had been taking for about 5 years, without experiencing any sensation of low blood sugar or lightheadedness. I keep most of the canister in the fridge because I live in Hawaii, and simply pour a bit into a glass canister for more convenient daily access. This keeps the powder from chunking up. I highly recommend this adrenal cocktail. I only take 1 scoop in the morning and skip the afternoon scoop.
