Good product for your health
These little seeds are awesome and great for you. I put them in yogurt and I love the texture. They are a healthy way to get omega three fatty acids. I only use one tablespoon per serving to keep the calories down but they are priced perfectly for the amount I use and they stay fresh which is important. I like the resealable bag as well.

Made my life easier for my stomach and digestive system..
Just simply love them. Very good addition to my daily diet. My digestion and acid reflux or any stomach issues are almost none existent. I'm not affiliated in any way with the brand. I drink it first thing in the morning with water and settles my digestive system for the day. I was always skeptical but I beleive in turning into healthy remedies instead of taking "pills" for everything. BTW i mix it with some Manuka honey and like to drink it when the seeds becom jelly like in few minutes by just shaking it so they won't stick together. Just my preference.
