Does this work for all strollers?

No it is designed mainly for the doona stroller. It’s snaps are lined up with the doona

Why can't mine go on with the handle bar fully extended like it shows in the video

I found its easier to clip the handle bar clips on first and then clip it to the body of the stroller. It fits.

Does the sunshade keep the sun off of babies feet?

Yes the top is fully covered and the back is a mesh
