Digestive enzymes helps health
Its important to get enzymes from supplements as we arent eating the health our parents, grandparents had. Enzymes on empty stomach help to digest waste from our cells

It is rather moving
I made the mistake to take it while on the road. It was not a smart idea because it will make you go! It is effective but does not give you a warning signal. Well I forgot I took it. I did not feel gassy, I did not feel it coming I was glad I was close to a truck stop. I had a normal movement it was fuller than usual but no cramping or craziness.

A useful aid to improving absorption.
TDLR: I've taken these for 3 weeks so far. Out of all the supplements I've tried, digestive enzymes seems to give me the most noticeable benefits. What I noticed is less hunger signal and able to go longer without foods or not have to eat as much calories, likely due to improved absorption of nutrients. I will have to see if it continue to help and how I feel with and without it for the long term. Long version: I consider my diet to be decently nutrient dense, consisting of grassfed and pasture raised animals and organs. I don't have food allergies and can eat any variety of foods, including plants and wheat. I commonly eat a high fat diet without issues, no heart burns, and have good bowel movement. So I didn't expect to get much benefits from digestive enzymes. I initially bought these to take on an empty stomach actually. The idea is the enzymes help break up the left over macronutrients (carb/protein/fat) which aids fat metabolism and get the body into "autophagy" quicker. After about the first 10 days taking it, sometimes with meals, sometime without, I noticed some days I didn't feel as hungry and didn't have to eat very much to be satisfied. I could increase my intermittent fasting hours and not crave foods. I'm by no means sedentary and my job required walking 5+ miles a day. I read anecdotes from some people who said it made them hungrier. This is not my experience, but it has to be taken into context. Perhaps eating a nutrient dense diet that have adequate protein to maintain muscle, getting enough micronutrients, and being able to switch into fat burning mode, these would allow me to decrease my calories intake somedays without negative effects. Also digestive enzyme seems to cause blood sugar spike for some people, as enzymes does help increase rate of absorption. Specifically the enzyme 'amylase' which help break down starch into sugar, so maybe combining digestive enzymes with a high carb and sugary meal is not ideal. Of course, there's also the argument that if you can't make your own enzymes then you're depended on exogenous digestive enzymes forever. There are strategies to improve enzymes production and bile flow, but so far I see exogenous digestive enzymes as a helpful aid.

I feel they work great and will definitely purchase again
Just started taking these. One or two before dinner, depending on how heavy my meal is...more often as needed during the day. I feel they work great and will definitely purchase again. I love that they have a well rounded mix of vitamins, pre- and probiotics. Also a huge factor for me was that it's soy free. I was taking a popular woman's enzyme previously and had no idea it had soy derivatives in the formula, which I'm not supposed to have. Thank you Divine Bounty for keeping me regular and feeling gut healthy! Would recommend to anyone. Move forward six years later April 2024…I am still using this and have trusted this company in making a high quality product. Still helping with my digestion, especially after a big meal. And in helping digestion, it’s helps you stay more regular…know what I mean? I sometimes open the capsule and put it in yogurt or applesauce as I have a hard time swallowing pills, although they go down good whole well enough. I’m a nurse I read every label and research stuff as much as I can. Still very happy with using this. Please note these are obviously my own claims on the product.

Great Digestive Enzymes!
I had gastric bypass four years ago and have a terrible time digesting carbs and fats. I have tried different enzymes and these work the best for me. I also really like source naturals enzymes but I have to take two or three of those instead of one of these. So this brand is cheaper in the long run. Plus my stomach isn't that big so taking two to three pills is not fun. This also contains certain vitamins that we bypass patients can run low on. So it's a win win. I take one pill with each meal. I feel great and never get stomach aches from it. I don't get near as much gas at I used to either. But most of the time I follow a strict keto diet so I take the mostly for fat digestion. I have kept the weight off since surgery with eating well and enzymes. So for any of you that had surgery like me try these and if they don't work for you then try source naturals. I also take Nestle Optisource multivitamin and Amazon berry B12 and EZ melts iron when necessary. They are all great vitamins if you are searching. Good luck!
