When you say warm winter coat, are you saying like warm in 30° or like midwest winters where it gets to -10° f ? because thats a huge difference.

I live in Chicago, we are constantly in 10° or below 0°. This coat has kept me very warm. A strong well insulated coat. The material is durable. I really love this coat.

What are the care instructions? Can it be dried in the dryer?

There are no care instruction on the coat itself, but on the purchase page it does tell you that you can put this in the washer. As far as dryer there is no metion, but I would put in the dryer using air dry cycle. Hope this helps you.

How do I return the coat? It doesn't fit right

Follow Amazon directions for returns. Usually involves getting a QR Code on your phone which gives all the needed information, then sending back through UPS or Kohl’s Store.
