There are some products that are simple, but also innovative and this magnifier falls into this category. I bought a couple of these for my elderly parents whose failing eyesight was causing problems, and whose arthritis was preventing the use of a traditional magnifying glass. They can use this to magnify text simply by placing it on, and sliding it across the page.This is a good quality glass product at a reasonable price, and it works as expected. We have not noticed any major problems with them.I also bought them this magnifying ruler (Magnifying Ruler 1:1.8x 250x35mm).

This quirky magnifying glass dome is very good doesn’t quite have the magnification that is comfortable for me but totally recommend still

I use it as a fabric weight when cutting fabrics. It’s perfect size and weight for it.

Handy to have on desk.Although in retrospect I think the 100mm would be better,however, as the weight is more,i suppose it evens it out

It stated the base was 80mm and is only 76.8mm.i needed this specific measurement as I am fitting it in a brass ring which is 80mm.
