Recommended for MW kiln firing
This is my 3rd kiln. 3rd because I want 3 not because they stopped working. Excellent quality and great gloves. Recommended.

Rubbish. Didn't work. Tried to give it away. Apparently it's well known that these are junk because nobody wanted it, even for free.

Microwave kiln
Works perfectly for small projects in the microwave

Very disappointed!
Very disappointed, I already have a microwave kiln that is the same size, and wanted a second one so I could leave items to cool fully. This one takes 20 mins to fuse, whereas my old one takes 7 mins for the same size piece! Also the base is already crumbling after just 5 uses. Can I send it back?

Kind of works
This kind of works - takes a LONG time to 'fuse' any glass. I have a 1000 microwave so thought it would be strong enough to hear. Today after another trail my microwave went bang and stopped. I was heating in short intervals as I found out online to do so. So no long heating. :'( Pretty p*ssed off that its cost me my 2 year old microwave

Great product and easy to use
does what its supposed to do, melts the glass nicely creating lovely pieces, you do have to keep checking after about 3minutes to get the desired outcome

Impressed by kiln
I have fused glass before in a large kiln-it took a day and a half to heat up, fuse and cool down. I was a bit sceptical at first to read that you can fuse glass in a microwave with a small kiln. I found it easy to understand how to set it up- and just as importantly the results are consistent! I have started producing pieces of fused glass which are quite stunning. This kiln does exactly what it is supposed to do- consistently! Am very impressed. 🙂

Did not work for me.
No instructions- google searched for advice - in an 800 W microwave, 6 mins firing the glass shattered and did not fuse, sent back asap for refund.really disappointing.
