Great quality product for iron deficiency. Does not cause constipation like pharmaceutical grade.

In just five weeks my ferritin has increased 18 points (from 31 to 49) and my previously low blood counts have normalized. I take it after dinner with vitamin C. Generally well tolerated but only if taken with food, never on an empty stomach.
