Could be worse

I bought this for my mother after my brother passed. She had it for 2 months (not wearing it daily nor in the shower) & the dragonfly broke off. They sent me a new dragonfly but it was pointless bc it was still broke off. 🤷🏼‍♀️ We just let it go & I bought her a entirely different necklace.
