No it doesn't fit a 27". I have a 27" and wasn't able to get it to fit.

can you connect a keyboard to it?

This is just a monitor cover but it wouldn’t work for a keyboard it’s too big. Also it covers the buttons on a monitor making a little awkward sometimes to turn it on etc
