I’ve used both the serum & foam. I have age-related thinning hair loss. I had a really bad allergic reaction to the serum & saw that hives, itching and swelling are rare side effects, but I guess I’m in that group. But the foam doesn’t have the ingredient which causes those reactions. It is fantastic. My hair is now actually thick again & very soft. Consistency is necessary. I’ll sometimes go a week or two without applying the foam to my scalp & my hair thins. Here’s my tip on how to apply the foam: Just put a small amount in the palm of your hand & rub it into your scalp. If you add a huge amount in one go, it’ll end up in your hair instead of on your scalp which is where regrowth happens. It’s expensive, so don’t waste it. I wish I’d done it sooner & applied it every day because now, I can’t believe how much it has helped. It’ll probably take months for you to see results, but stick with it, it’s worth it. Seriously. I’m thrilled.

My hair is really slow to grow, so it took about 3-4 months to notice the difference, but I can say that it is definitely thicker. The real thing is areas all have baby hairs now and I know I’ll keep using this. I do MUCH prefer the liquid serum over the foam. When I put the foam in dry hair it makes it feel crunchy and it’s a disaster. Works well if you wash your hair everyday though. I prefer to wash my hair twice a week, so the serum is much better for me. Overall- highly recommend.

I really don't know yet if this works... I only had this for 1.5 weeks. Does leave a residue in your hair...but kinda acts like dry shampoo.... my scalp does feels tingling so I hope it's working...

This serum is AMAZING. I've been using it for 4 months and I feel like I have great results. I was thinning on the top and temples and the hair in those areas has filled in beautifully. I used to spend time coming my hair *just right* and then spraying with hairspray to cover my "bald spots" and I don't really have to do that anymore. My hairstylist has noticed a difference as well. The serum is very runny but doesn't smell, doesn't irritate my scalp and doesn't cause too much buildup in between washes. Love it!

This is a product you will not see results overnight with. But PLEASE listen when I say "stay the course" and give it a fair chance to work its magic. I have been using HERS consistently for about a year. The pictures shown are of day 1, and then at about 6 months into the treatment. After about 3 months I noticed new baby hair growth coming in. Then at about 6 months was when I really noticed the difference when comparing pictures. Please note, I also only use this product once a day in the AM. You're supposed to use it twice a day - AM and PM, which could have a more positive impact on your results. I would also like to mention, even though I still have quite a bit of shedding, it is balanced out with continuous new hair growth as I keep using the product. I do have to use it all the time to maintain new growth. At one point I quit using it, and my hair quickly thinned out again. To me, using this regularly is a small price to pay to have a little more confidence with my thinning hair concerns. At one point, I tried a generic version because it was less expensive, but it left my hair greasey and oily! This is the only one that I have found that I can use in the morning and not have it leaving my scalp looking like I haven't showered in a week. Everybody responds to treatment differently, but please give it a fair shot of 3-6 months before throwing in the towel! My hair will never be as full as it once was, but this product has helped restore a little bit of my confidence. I hope you have positive results as well!

I got COVID in 2021, it was super mild and I was only sick for a week. In that week and the weeks following I lost an unbelievable amount of hair and that created a balding spot right at my bangs and top. It slowed down but never grew back. I used biotin gummies and many months and it just kinda quit working. Because of the price I was very skeptical but I took a chance and glad I did. I saw growth in the first week. I was using it everyday which caused a slight burning sensation so I drop that down to 3 days a week. That did the trick. I've been using it now for almost a year and my hair is like it used to be before COVID. The only thing I don't like is it makes the hair a little stiff and hard to style in that area and I have to wash my hair every day I use it, but I will not stop using it. It really works and is super affordable. It comes 2 in a package and I probably go through 1 bottle every 3 or so months. I was desperate and cried often at how much I was loosing and seeing my scalp and my hair was just a shadow. I've never seen my scalp before so it was devastating since I didn't have any medical conditions or menopause or cancer to cause this. Try it, it works.

I have purchased the Hers product 4 times and have always thought it worked fine, as well as the more famous product that I'd been using for years, with good success. This last purchase, however, was problematical. No matter how careful I was to hold the product correctly, it came out rather liquidy. Not willing to jeopardize my previous success, I threw the product away as I couldn't return it. I liked the Hers product because the container is more discreet, and it is less expensive than the more famous brand. But if I can't trust it, then, sadly, I can't buy it.

This Hers does work but it takes time to notice the regrowth of hair. The first thing I noticed was considerably less shedding. Months after starting the process, my hair is fuller and the thin areas are slowly starting to fill in.
