I bought these in the hope they would help
I've ended a long working week with EXTREMELY swollen feet and ankles, which is very unusual for me. I do have a full time job where I sit at a desk all day. and I'm going through some hormonal issues due to being close to the end of peri-menopause, but this is extreme. My ankles have swollen up to the point where I can't see where they end and my feet begin and it's very uncomfortable :( I've bought these Water Tablets in the hope that they (along with some gentle self-massage and elevating my legs) will return me to where I should be. I'm not slim by any means, but this level of water retention is ridiculous. I'm posting the "before" picture on Saturday morning as I've just received these tablets, and I'll add an "after" photo taken on Sunday evening. Here's hoping it'll be a slimmed-down version where my ankles and feet are much reduced! The tablets are very large (about 2cm x 1cm) but you could break them in half if you struggle with swallowing larger pills. I'm adding this review initially as 5 stars, as I have high-hopes reading the other reviews. I'll give it until the end of the weekend and see if my review score changes after I post the "after" pic. I appreciate that only gives me 2 days, but hey - I'm ever optimistic! Update: posted 2nd picture of the same foot after 2 days. MUCH better and almost back to normal! I can't tell if the 2-days worth of these tablets contributed in any way, or if it's down to the other things I tried, or if it's a combination of them together, but I'm very happy and my lower legs/feet are much more comfortable. I'm leaving the rating at 5 stars since they definitely didn't make it any worse :D

Warmer relief without the gush!!!
Quite good….Unlike some diuretics these remove fluid gently. Nice to keep electrolyte balance safe

Water retention tablets.
Not entirly sure if they work, some of my meds cause water retention (didnt know at the time) and they didnt help due to amount.
