Puracy Baby Shampoo & Body Wash

I’ve been really happy with the Puracy Shampoo & Body Wash for Children. It’s gentle on sensitive skin, smells light and calming with the lavender chamomile scent, and leaves hair and skin feeling clean and soft without any dryness. I love that it’s made with mostly natural ingredients and fruit and vegetable extracts. The large 48 oz bottle lasts a long time and perfect for refills, making it a great value for families.

This products goes a longgg way and is soft and sensitive skin. It's not tear free but it is pure and reliable as a all around bath soap.

Smells delicious but not overpowering which it's great since it's a baby product. A small quantity goes a really long way and super easy to use. These bottles lasted a long time and sometimes I bathe my baby 3 times a days. I used them to clean my face a couple of times and my sling was soft not dry and with elasticity. It cleaned very well an love that the cleaning agent it's from coconut making it non toxic,

I am such a huge fan of the Puracy line of USA-sourced and produced products! After being wowed by Puracy's all-purpose concentrated cleaner, I decided to try this shampoo and actually purchased it to use on my dogs. I liked the fact this shampoo was designed for human children, as I am more trustful of human-grade products for my beloved pets. I have struggled for years to find a pet shampoo that I felt completely comfortable about. Particularly, I have struggled to find a USA-sourced one. After shampooing both my dogs in this product, I doubt I need look any further -- it is stellar! It rinsed so easily and cleanly from my boys' coats that their bath time was reduced by at least ten minutes -- a win-win for both them and me! :) I have tried many dog shampoos over the years and I have never found one which leaves so little discernible residue. I could not believe how incredibly soft their coats were after being washed in this shampoo -- they each felt soft as a young lamb. There was plenty of adequate sudsing, too, while I was lathering up their coats. The product does not sacrifice cleansing to its clean-rinse -- you get the complete package of what a shampoo should do. My dogs were much overdue for a bath and had grimy coats. They also both have skin issues that require gentle products but adequate cleansing. They have stayed cleaner longer post-bath, and I think that is because there was no product residue left on their coats to attract more grime. Best of all is the sense of security I feel that I am using a safe, non-toxic product in a world where it is so hard to avoid exposing pets to a toxic environment. Well done, Puracy!

This product has been a godsend for me. I have the crazy-sensitive skin, and I originally bought this hoping to help restore balance after medications, stress, and other products had left my microbiome out of whack and my skin constantly irritated. Puracy did the trick, and has helped keep my skin calm and healthy since. As a body wash, it's non-irritating, non-drying, and leaves no residue, but it really cleans. I also often use this as a "first shampoo", meaning I do one wash with this to loosen up my thick hair, and then shampoo a second time with a richer Aveda shampoo, followed by conditioner. Finally, I'm VERY sensitive to most fragrances and usually avoid them. This "Citrus Grove" is a rare exception. I love the smell, and it doesn't make me sneeze or give me a headache.

WHY THE PURCHASE: Want our kids to use a shampoo and body wash product that does not contain harsh chemicals and is gentle on their skin QUALITY: We have used this product for over 5 years and has worked out well. It does not contain any harmful ingredients and we feel safe using it on our kids. VALUE: For something we use almost daily on our kids' skin, the value is good for this product. It's not the cheapest shampoo and body wash, but it works well for us based on our criteria and needs. The product used to come with a pump, but I guess for cost savings, it's now just a cap. Doesn't matter to us, save the planet from plastic. BUY IT AGAIN? Yes, would buy it again

I've been using citrus grove for a few months on a toddler. This was suggested to me for kids with sentsitive skin. It was the first soap I tried after my toddler's eczema cleared up and I was looking for something gentle. Light clean scent! As other reviews stated, I'm skeptical about it being tear-free. Sometimes it bothers him if he gets some of the soapy water in his eye.

This makes an excellent body wash if you are looking for the perfect PH. I also use it for washing underwear - no sensitive skin irritation.

The item is incorrectly described as leaving skin silky, smooth and hydrated. It does the opposite, it dries out the skin, leaving flaky scalp to red bumps akin to eczema flair up. Misleading.
