Not the best, but not trash
Unfortunately I'm not too impressed with this item. Food stays moderately warm, at best. You're not going to get any pipping hot pizza out of the bag, but it shouldn't cool off enough for your customers to complain. It's fair, but not out of the park as for build quality, they hit a homerun! This thing is thick, tough, and ready for any job! Great quality stitching, and Velcro work.

Game changer on picking up my pizza
As a pizza foodie who lives in the country I have trouble getting places to deliver when they're short handed. Plus they always wanna do to many stops before me with over hour delivery wait times. I bought a standard bag for my brother which he likes. But then I found this one. Let me tell ya. Went and picked up my pizza with it plugged it in when I was leaving which was way over kill on warm up time. It heats up surprisingly fast. After I got home from my 20 min drive with my pizza, it was literally still steaming hot when I took it out and opened the box. Id been looking for an electric one for a while and it definitely lived up to my expectations. Seems to be good quality. Outside should be easy to clean. Inside is a softer fabric so I'm sure just by nature of that you'd want to avoid spilling food in it. Has an adapter to plug in at home with which is nice to keep it hot when you go back for 2nds.
