Nothing not to like , easy set up on phone, laptop and desktop. Shows everything you could ever imagine that is compatible. If you have Victron you can not go wrong. Victron is solar .

Allows me to remotely monitor my boat and comes with 5 YEARS of LTE connectivity. Well worth it and easy to install. Note you will need an additional cable to connect it to a VRM-712 monitor.

Easy install. Connect the VE.Direct cables, apply power and off you go. Updates every 15 min. I also noticed that it switches to what ever carrier comes in better using the internal antenna. Thanks Victron!

To the person complaining about the antenna: It has a built in antenna. You have the option to use an external one if you wish. Works great with the cloud portal. You can read inputs and change the output over the cellular network, but there is a 5-30 minute delay due to the check in time (this device is low power consumes about a watt) I have many and they work great, even with the internal antenna in most places. (obviously remote areas may require a larger external antenna, which is OPTIONAL)

Yeah I installed it hooked it up to the Internet would not allow you to join any of the Bluetooth networks in essence you are left with two V direct one port for connection and no Bluetooth network to use with all of your Bluetooth devices I have four victron solar controllers and a smart shunt that cannot be used with the system unless I have a iPhone. Android User do not buy this. This item is a brick to you and cannot be used to display any information besides the basic setup information online it is no good for online use if you have more than two systems that use the direct one connection. Waste of time and money going back in the box and back to victron

This is a great device. I set it up to monitor my solar panels and battery shunt. A couple of days later I configured my VRM portal. Magically I plenty of data right in my browser. I’m a data junkie. I set up some custom reports as a starting point. Over the summer I gradually configured the reports to meet all my monitoring and troubleshooting needs. It has two digital inputs. I set one up to my high water alarm. Still waiting to figure out what to do with the other one. I also set up a few email alerts. Obviously one of them is a high water alarm. One tip: it has a built-in antenna. It probably works OK. I didn’t want to install it twice so I added an external antenna for about $20. Ignore the negative reviews from confused users. This device is incredibly easy to install and use. The value is great relative to the price and features.

Victron expense usually comes with good quality & features; not so with this product. First, it comes with Bluetooth turned off, and you have to connect to the LTE-M network before it's possible to turn it on. Bad idea, not sure why this was built this way b/c it means you cannot immediately configure it out of the box, even if you connect it to a computer via USB to VE.Direct cable (only Victron device that isn't detected by Victron Connect App on my PC using this method). Second, you HAVE to be super patient with this thing - do not expect it to put it to use immediately. Connect it, wait a day or two for it to connect and update itself, turn on Bluetooth, and then all will be copacetic. Third, you NEED the LTE-M external antenna - the internal one doesn't cut it (note: an LTE-M antenna is different from an external LTE antenna). So plan to add at least $60 antenna just to get it working. Mine works, sends telemetry from my Victron Battery monitor shunt to let me know battery status. But that just wasn't worth upwards of $300 bucks (antenna and GL520) and the confusing, geez-I-hope-it-works two days I waiting, praying it would connect to LTE-M.

Werkt perfect, makkelijk te koppelen met Bluetooth met andere Victron apparaten en bijvoorbeeld Ruuvi sensors. Het is wel belangrijk te weten dat dit apparaat niet met VE.bus apparaten gekoppeld kan worden. Ook niet via Bluetooth.

Ist bereits der zweite Kauf. Macht was es soll. Zukünftig werde ich aber vermutlich das Cerbro gx nehmen, weil ich dann auch remote Steuern und nicht nur überwachen kann. Nutzt die Bluetooth Funktion, dann spart Ihr Euch die Direct-Kabel, welche doch recht teuer sind. Die Sim Karte ist enthalten (LTE-M)

When I first received it I thought 💭 where’s the aerial but then found out it has an internal one, it came with version 2.03 firmware which doesn’t have Bluetooth option, it then updated to 2.06 which then you can add Bluetooth devices like solar mppt and inverters which I have. Install the VRM app, no one told me to do it but it’s easier if you do. Widgets !… add then to your screen then hard press on them to choose which install you have done… no one told me that either… The device works perfectly if you are in the signal area, you can change the sim internally as well. It works abroad as well , I’m in the UK but have just come back from Belgium 🇧🇪 and France 🇫🇷 and the sim does roaming. Overall it’s a lot easier to install then a Cerbo, I’ve stuck it on a wall in my garage area of my Motorhome placed the power cables on the 12v battery terminals and That’s it.

This unit dose not have an aerial however you can buy one for £10 sma The unit I have dose not need one as it has a built in one and I get signal you will need to make sure It gives my the info every 15mins via the VRM I have the unit link up to a smart stunt it has Bluetooth on in so you maynot need a ve cabel it has 2 ve ports

Ist sehr übersichtlich und lässt sich spielend leicht installieren. Bin zufrieden!
