It says their favorite nhl team, but how is that possible? does it come with extra uniforms or something?

There are a set of blue players and a set of red players. The NHL emblem is on the front of the jerseys. There are number stickers you can apply to the back of the jerseys to represent a favorite player's number, but there are no NHL 'TEAM' related items inside the case. It is very fun to play with though!

My 3 year old grandson loves this. He also has the hockey rink and spends lots of time playing with both.
