I’ve been using this cooling pad for a few months now and it continues to do its job keeping my laptop cool. I usually have it on the high fan speed setting because I’m playing games and my laptop can get hot if I don’t, it’s a little loud but not too bad. Quieter than the fan in my daughter’s room. When on my laptop I’m usually sitting on the couch, or in bed, and I like using a mouse, so my only wish is that it had a little mousepad on the side. I currently sit it on top of a “lap tray” and it doesn’t sit well on that (it hangs off the back a bit) and it’s a pain dealing with two things under my laptop just so I can use my mouse. The “legs” are useless for my setup, but I guess they would be nice to have if you sit at a desk or table. I don’t plug the USB power port into my laptop because I don’t want it getting any hotter, but the cord is long enough to easily reach the multiport adapter I have nearby which is nice. Overall, it’s a good buy for the price and works as intended.

This does a great job cooling the laptop. It is a little loud but not awful. It's actually cool to the touch and does a great job cooling the laptop. ****IMPORTANT NOTE**** Asurion is a scam. In my experience, If you ever have to file a claim they will make the process as difficult as possible. When you sign in to the app to file a claim you have to sign in three separate times. The form they want you to fill out does not self-populate your name, address, phone # etc. You’ll then need to enter various other information, and they want a pic of both the front and back of your driver’s license (remember, you logged in with a UN and PW). Once you upload all of this, they tell you it will take 24 business hours to review. First, they reject the form stating you must print and sign the form even though it says you can sign electronically. If you call their number, they will place your call on hold for a while and initially an automated message will attempt to tie up your call having you answer various questions. Eventually someone in a foreign country will answer your call. The initial person will try to sell you additional services and after you say no a couple times, they will transfer you to someone else. You guessed it, you will have to be on hold again. You will get transferred and placed on hold several more times and they will find a way to deny your claim. What is especially frustrating is you have followed all their directions along the way. They can (and will) raise service fees without any notice. In the end, you will not save any money and have spent far too much time submitting forms and talking to people that lie and misdirect you every step of the way. The company’s employees are dishonest and have no problem lying to you. You can give it a try if you want but you have been warned. Instead of paying their monthly fee dump the money in a savings account. Odds are you’ll be able to buy a new product that’s updated, and you will receive it in a couple of days instead of weeks later.

Likes: - RGB lights can be adjusted to different modes such as stationary in one color, switch to different colors and so on. You can also just turn them off. - The cooling system is very good. There is three types of cooling (1, 2, and 3) in which each can be used for different scenarios: 1 for casual browsing, 2 for streaming and 3 for intense gaming. 1 is silent cooling while 3 is louder, but more efficient. - Change the angle, making it raise or lower. You can also have it flat on your desk. It has safety baffles, which are very good quality (metal) and will keep your laptop secure. - There is an extra USB outlet in which makes it excellent for connecting any additional usb components. (note: this is mostly for power out such as charging a phone or supplying power to a usb lamp. I still haven't figured if it can be used to connect usb drives in the computer. Dislike: - The height of the safety baffles is not ideal for thick laptops, but they still get the job on. - A little too bulky, but it is expected if we want an efficient cooling system. - Level 3 is loud, but once again, its expected. Overall I have been using it for a week and I love it. I did had to ask for a replacement because the first shipment didn't include its original box and baffles+usb wires, but that is just shipment errors and not because the product is bad. I did get a all my items in the replacement order and the company even offers a credit to their site by registering the product. I really love the RGB lightning effects, they don't look cheap at all and really makes the device look fancy. The cooling system is the best their is. They even added attachments for laptops that have the exhaust of air on the backside, something that a lot of other cooling pads don't offer but this one does! Its a very good product and sturdy. (It may be soon to say if it will last, but I will set a mark on my calendar to update this review to give updates in a one year use.) As of now, I recommend this product if you are looking for something that looks nice and also protects your laptop from overheating.

Great cooler, works well, fits on lap without getting hot, and I'm sure it would help keep a laptop much cooler. Fans are nice and fast, they get loud but that's to be expected at that speed. I like that it has a gasket to keep the airflow going the right way, however it doesn't work well for laptops that have exhaust on the bottom like my zephyrus g16. My only major complaint is they give you a 6ft usb cable to connect to your laptop, so now there's tons of extra cable. A cable management system would make this much better.

Great laptop cooler! My primary computer is a reliable laptop that I've had for many years. The only problem is that it runs extremely hot. I've always used a laptop cooler, but the brand I purchased in the past is no longer available. I decided on this model after reading both positive and negative reviews and I am extremely happy with it. It keeps my laptop totally cool, makes very little noise and just works!

Ya había comprado varias bases pero está si cumplió con las espectativas y de 100c° pude bajar la temperatura hasta 80 más -menos cuando estoy jugando, si no la uso para jugar puede bajar hasta 40c°, respecto al ruido la verdad creo que no es tanto como para molestarse yo estoy satisfecho con mantener la computadora fresca para estar jugando. Si hay algo que mejorar creo que sería el cable USB que tiene creo que podrían cambiarlo por algo mejor ya que tuve que remplazarlo por qué falseaba , ya son detalles mínimos pero estoy bien con eso. La velocidad que marca en la caja en realidad es de 4300 rpm +- . Adicional Viene con unos alerones para que no se mezcle el aire fresco y un empaque de repuesto para cambiarlo a futuro. Ya tengo varios días usándola y creo que es un buen producto pero desconozco el tiempo de vida espero que no se dañe pronto.

En verdad es buen producto si lo usas en una laptop gamer ya que estás laptop hacen ruido con sus ventiladores no se nota mucho el del ventilador y baja muy bien la temp. En mi caso fue de 10a 15 grados ya que ayuda mucho al tipo de ventilación de este tipo de computadoras. Vale la pena el precio.
