Bought for my niece and she loves it !

I have a small waist (25 in) so it’s hard for me to find waist trainers that fit. I’ve had many different waist trainers in the past, all above $100 and this one is the best!! I waited 3+ months to write this review. I wear it everyday and it has held up. I love that it came with an extra piece incase it was too small which in my case it was so the piece came in handy. I am currently wearing it without the piece. I would 10/10 recommend this!! I usually wear it to the gym and a couple hours after and have seen a reduction in my waist. Remember to go without it some days as the constant use of a waist trainer helps posture but weakens the core.

I went from a medium size waist trainer and in a year I’m now a XXS! Love love love this waist clencher. I don’t even work out anymore, I just pop this on and then clean my whole house to work up a sweat. In Video I’m using the extender and I’m on the second to last hook.

Xxxs fits great the material feels good but I do get red imprints if I’m using it without something underneath it comes with an extension piece, it took me 2 days of wearing it for a short period of time to get used to it because it is very tight I really like it

Make sure if you’re actually trying to waist train that you get smaller size than you think you are I am a 27 inch waste and I got three times extra small. I could barely put it on but as you wear it your waist will adjust! The second time I put it on it was a lot easier. Never has one that for so tight and was still stretchy at the same time. It’s definitely going to be uncomfortable and maybe even a tad bit painful first time around but that’s just the beginning. Great Greta buy super happy with the product!
