The faucet and valves are very nice quality, very impressive! . The plastic drain however looks and feels cheap. Installation was straight forward, no special tools needed. Overall, I highly recommend this faucet for it's look, feel and ease of installation

We have bought a bunch of these Gotonovo faucet assemblies because they match the look we want at a price point we can afford. After more than 3 years, our first one is holding up great. We had a minor cosmetic issue with our third (that was still out of warranty) but customer service sent a complete new valve assembly anyway, for the cost of shipping.

I ordered these with a certain vision I had in mind when designing my new bathroom remodel. I am a bargain shopper at heart and always will be, but when it comes to certain products, I choose quality over saving money. I saw the price on these and thought they probably wouldn’t meet my expectations at such a low price point. The last faucet I bought three years ago was right at $300 for a single kitchen faucet. So I do love a good faucet. For my bathroom though , I didn’t have to have perfection(like I wanted in my kitchen) but I wanted it to look vintage and of good quality and have a nice color, while mostly sealing and operating well. These met all my expectations I ordered two, they came nicely packaged and undamaged, instructions, and all. The color was nice and not too cheap looking. They were heavy and well made and jot like some of those cheap plastic ones or even lightweight metal ones, which was great. The water comes out perfectly from the faucet and no side spraying or anything. It fit perfectly in our space. I do have one small quam about the pipe size that has to go into this… it’s an odd size so we did have to do some work to make it fit into it perfectly but we made it work and it’s fine. A lot of faucets have an odd size that links up to your plumbing and it’s just not the size that your local hardware store usually carries (as far as pipes go). I did look at the size before buying so I was aware of it in advance but just be sure you always check all the measurements that they so kindly provide for you in the product pictures listed. Updated review 2 months after install: the gold is already deteriorating at the base of both pieces. It’s turned a grayish color. I’m so incredibly disappointed that this didn’t hold up. I didn’t use any abrasive cleaners. In fact, I maybe sprayed it to clean 2 times. This is unacceptable and I would expect this from a cheaper faucet, but for the cost of this I expected it to last longer. Unfortunately I will have to replace this soon as it now looks cheap and dirty with the discoloration. Looks great and was easy to install! I love the antique look. It completes my new vanity and was on the lower end cost wise compared to similar faucets. Everyone that comes over has complimented how great it looks.

We chose this faucet for our mini bathroom remodel as an affordable option versus what major big box stores (ie Home Depot, Lowes) carry. Not many options in this style are available and they are much more expensive. It looks great, was easy for plumber to install, functions well. The faucet extends nice and far into the middle of the sink so you don’t bump your hands into the front of the sink when washing hands. This new kind of plug system is a great improvement on the old plunger kind. Only issue was after about 6 months of normal use in our primary bathroom, the hot water began to leak. We contacted Gotonovo directly to report the issue and they ask us for photos and video of the leak to confirm what part to send. They sent us a replacement part within a week or so. My husband was able to replace the faulty part and this resolved the leak. It’s been about a month now and all functions well.

Nce looking and came at a great price. Honistly the install was easy do to with the provided quick connectors. I did however need to go buy two small adaptors as the provided wather lines were 3/8 and my home is 1/2 at the house, The wife loves it!

Great faucet and looks beautiful until it starts leaking. Cold and hot leaked. Looked up how to fix it and ordered replacement parts on the Gotonova website ($50). Easy fix. Unfortunately not. The part is supposed to screw off and new one screw back on. Could not get the part separated no matter what I did. Had to buy another faucet. So upset because I love this faucet so much and I spent $50 on parts that I can’t use directly from the Gotonova website. No word from Gotonova at all like all the others.
