It works good on my bmx bike no problems with install and it holds up to what I do with my bike

Ritchey components are dependable and affordable. Can't go wrong with them.

For the price, I can't complain. It's been pretty solid these past few miles. The bearing aren't complete sealed off, but as long as you don't get caught in the rain for too long, they should last. Now if the crown race sat on the bearing a little better, this would get a full 5 stars.

Inexpensive and good quality replacement headset for older bike

I had an issue with the original order (a piece was missing). Contacted the bike shop and was promptly shipped a complete replacement of the entire headset. Very happy with the seller, hopefully the product is good too.

Fit like a glove repacked the bearing just to make sure they were up to my liking. Would definitely buy again.

First, understand that a cheap headset will not be as good as an expensive one. Then understand that this headset comes with a horrible looking plastic stem cap.Now that we understand what this item is, let’s say it is good for the price.I chose this brand to match the Ritchey handle bars and crankset already on my bike. I reused my old aluminum stem cap, and all is hunky dory.This set has cups made of steel, unsealed bearings, and weighed 65 grams/2.5 ounces more than the worn out Cane Cree set that was on the bike.But I still like it because it has Ritchey written on it.

Looks great and fits great.Its a perfect component for a project bike I was rebuilding.As you can see, the finished bike looks great!(not bad for a "garbage-pick" bike frame.Thanks guys!Ed

Ich habe den Vorbau für mein altes Trekking Rad verwendet. Zum Preis von nicht einmal 20 € erhält man einen solide verarbeiteten Ahead Steuersatz. Die Industrielager sind bereits in den externen Lagerschalen eingebaut und ausreichend gefettet. Der Einbau gestaltet sich absolut ohne Probleme. Ich habe den Steuersatz mit einer Gewindestange eingepresst, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Auch das Einstellen des Lagerspiels ging ging ohne Probleme. Fazit: Top Qualität von Ritchey zum günstigen Preis.

Specifico per forcelle con tubo cilindrico da 1 1/8", molto ben fatto, impressione di solidità , ottima scorrevolezza ,senza il minimo gioco. Ne compro un'altra per la MTB di mio figlio

una buena dirección ahead para horquillas de dirección 1 1/8, las cazoletas son de 34 mm de diámetro iguales la superior y la inferior.Los rodamientos son de buena calidad y llevan un anillo de refuerzo. El tornillo de la tapa es de acero inoxidable.el peso real es de 160 gramos.Ojo, la foto del producto en amazon no corresponde con el modelo ritchey logic.... la ritchey comp es un modelo muy similar, pero con rodamientos y sellados mejores.

Replacing my 15 year old headset on my old hardtail with this made a huge difference! Improved my ride no end. No problems fitting with a home made headset press, highly recommended!
