It is harvested during the autumn months from the nectar of the carob tree flowers in our farm, located in the region of Argolida, Peloponnese. Carob has a taste very similar to cocoa, and is considered the iest alternative to chocolate. Carob honey is extremely tious: a powerful antioxidant and a strong booster for the immune system. Use as a topping in ice-creams and yoghurt. Spread over buttered bread, crepes or pancakes. Add in smoothies and milkshakes.
